Although it's a very short game, I liked it a lot!
The concept was great and I found it quite hilarious.
Never before was I so happy to see the quality of my game degrade.
Very nice new installment of Bubble Tank! The most significant and noticeable change is clearly the "evolution tree" and let me tell you it's a shot in the bullseye!
Overall it's fairly addicting and has very good gameplay, worth a 9 on the awsome scale!
Looking forward to part III.
Good but should be perfect
I realy like the concept of this game, but you should change the standard frequency, cause like others have said: I can't get past lvl 5 due to the high amount of EXP needed and the low provision of enemy gunmeat.
If you'd change that, it'd be worth a ten.
Hey, good to see you're back with a new installment!
I enjoyed BotArena2 very much, but you've managed to surpass every aspect of the preceder with BotArena3. I must say I'm impressed. Very good work.
I like the new parts and the integrated save function. The game also dosn't crash anymore (BA2 did for some strange reason). But the most significant change is the possibility to control your bots, that is a gift from heaven I may say. It adds alot to the gameplay and the overall addiction factor.
The music is OK, think I liked the tracks from BA2 a lilttle better (hey I needed something to say to improve).
The only bad thing about BA3, is the fact that you cannot properly rate it. A 6/5 would be the correct way to vote for this fantastic sequel.
If you're going to improve every new installment of BA this much, I can't wait untill BA4 comes out. Untill that I'll be patiently playing this game. To conclude: very good work on this one, you've managed to improve the previous one, and that's the most important! Improving > copy-paste.
Thank you for BA3!
The gladiator of botfighting.
I've enjoyed playing this game. It has a nice look, plays well and is addictive. The sound is good and clear. I liked the way you needed to handle your weight in order to be able to play. It's not just picking up all heavy stuff and throwing it in the arena.
Sometimes it can be a bit hard, like the promotion level for the first machinegun, but thats no problem. The fact that the player crashed for unknown reason every time I played and the lack of a save function were a problem though. It's too bad you're not able to save your progress.
Besides that great game, but as I've stated, include a save function and it's worth a 10.
Thanks for your comments!
Yeah, it was supposed to be somewhat a 'milestone' since its the first new weapon that the player gets his hands on, and it wasn't meant to be easy ;)
Okay I gotta know, what's this 'player crashing' problem I keep hearing about. I did some pretty hardcore testing and never found it. Can someone PM me and let me know what this is about?
As for saving your progress, thats a good idea, and one I'll be looking into adding in the next version.
Before I played this part, i've first finished -TRAPPED-. TRAPPED was a great game (will review it later on), with a nice twitch in it and good gameplay.
Unfortunatly this line has not completely been drawn through in the sequel. Many of the combinations u had to use in order to continue were absurd. The story itself is quite unclear in -PURSUIT-. How did Dialla got out of the building alive in the first game? And so on.
I was looking forward to be playing this, after finishing the first part. But the sequel wasn't what I had hoped for. This dosn't mean I think it's a bad game. It has nice graphics and the quality of the sounds is good, except for the shopkeep.
I hope the last one's going to be a blast. I wish u good luck with the producing of it.
